Below you can find our terms and conditions of the website, all information on ordering, shipping and our return policy. It is our goal to always satisfy our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any general or customer service issues.
Ordering
You may place orders online through this Hacker Safe and Tested, SSL 128 bit secured website with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
We can also accept orders via our Toll Free Number, 1-877-SPA-3434. Please have the item name and your credit card ready.
Shipping
We ship products via USPS within 24 hrs. We are rarely out of stock of any item found on the website since we have 5 retail locations. Any change in shipping pattern will be conveyed to the customer in a timely manner.
Returns

We hope you love everything you order from www.XpresSpaShop.com. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns of opened or used XpresSpa merchandise or gift cards. All returns must be in resalable condition.
We assume no responsibility for any allergic reaction to any ingredients in any of the products we sell.
Should you wish to return your unopened XpresSpa purchase, please deliver it to XpresSpa within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your merchandise, send a replacement product, or issue you a credit in the form of a gift card, at your option. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Pending return approval, all refunds will be made in the same form of the initial payment or a gift card to be redeemed at any XpresSpa location or www.XpresSpaShop.com. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to XpresSpa locations, and must be returned to the address provided below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURES
- Include a copy of the return slip with your package
- Please provide us with explanation for your return.
- Indicate whether you would like to receive a replacement product, a gift card, or monetary refund.
- Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original packaging if possible.
